DOERAY are Angharad Evans and Nina Leighton
Angharad Evans (born in Cardiff 1998), vocals. Nina Leighton (born in Bristol 1998), vocals and guitar. An acoustic singing, songwriting duo, met at school as fifteen year olds, they started out doing many an open mic night in Portishead and Bristol (one in Stroud, proud). Now they are semi professional being invited to a series of paid gigs. They are enjoying their musical journey, exploring their harmonies, songwriting, recordings and videos and looking forward to see where this takes them. They are into this for the long term, just happy to develop in their own time and share their music with whoever will listen.

"'Episode One' EP is full of dynamic, powerful and creative energy. this duo know how to make the listener feel comfortable, relaxed and thoughtful; they produce the sort of material which is great for just laying back and thinking. The skilful songwriting and lyricism is full of energy, focusing on the stars, people, relationships, goals, ambitions and more.
The songs are well written, primarily showcasing the duo's vocal harmonies whilst emphasising the relaxing and chilled out guitar and percussion accompaniment.
This is an extremely promising EP that gives us a slice of what Doeray cold go on to become. If they harness the power of their individual voices whilst maintaining their current style then I believe this band will go far."
